Help needed : what date of printing? "Get Tough", maj. FAIRBAIRN
Article about: Hello I found this monday this book: "Get Tough", by Major FAIRBAIRN. It looks like a 10th printing. Ok, but what can be the year of printing? WW2? Later? Thank you for your help.

I think there's a good chance of it being war time, D Appleton is an early publisher and all the post war reprints i have seen don't have the $1 price tag.

Thank you. It's a good news! I've seen the same thing about the "1$".
Any idea for a price?

I've no idea of a true value, but there are a couple of 1942/43 dated examples on Amazon for £60-£80.

For this type of book, a better guide to a real market value is to look at sold prices on ebay.
