Post WW2 Letter from Superintendent of Philadelphia Public Schools asking Parents to keep Children out of reach of War souvenirs due to rising accidents.
The letter was sent out by Superintendent Alexander J Stoddard. The letter goes over many increasing hazards they were noticing with children within the school systems. Traffic accidents, accidents caused by misuse of War Souvenirs and others.

Alexander would move to Los Angeles in 1948, so this letter would have been made sometime between 1945-1948
