Hello everyone! I need some help transcribing what is written here. It looks like ‘Гор Штартгард’ but I don’t understand if there is such place. I think the second place is almost certainly ‘Альтдам’ for the city of Altdamm. But I might still be wrong. Help with transcribing this written text.
Here is the full document, if it helps to understand the places.

And here is the translated citation.

Red Army soldier Matchin, Yegor Ivanovich, while in a line company, showed himself to be a disciplined, efficient, resourceful soldier who knew his job.

During the battles with the German invaders on the western bank of the Oder, in Pomerania, in the battle during the capture of Stargard, Altdamm, and the Invasion of Berlin - Comrade Matchin worked as a driver of a combat vehicle, where he showed examples of courage and dedication under enemy mortar fire, and timely delivering military equipment to the designated commanded location.

During this period, he was behind the wheel for many days , and despite exhaustion, did not have a single accident.

He is devoted to the Party of Lenin-Stalin, and the Motherland.

Comrade Matchin is worthy of the governmental Order of the Red Star.
