Here we can see Joseph Stalin aboard the cruiser "Molotov" on August 18th, 1947 in the city of Sevastopol. Next(right) to Stalin we have Andrej Andreevich Gromyko or how the western pundits liked to call him Mr. Nyet ("Mr. No") or "Grom Grom", because of his frequent use of the Soviet veto in the United Nations Security Council. Andrej Andreevich was a Permanent Representative of the Soviet Union to the UN Security Council. Upon his return to the Soviet Union, he became a Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and later the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Also, it’s interesting to see that on the photograph it’s mentioned 18th August, but Stalin visited the cruiser "Molotov" on the 19th. Wish you all a great weekend.
