It's a "Krasnoarmeiskaya knizhka", a military ID, belonging to Guards Private Denis Andreyevich Losev, a machine gunner in the 107th Guards Rifle Regiment, 34th Guards Rifle Division. It has a number of biographical details, his service record, and a list of the military clothing he was issued.
