    An authentic S98/05 n.A from 1915. Patina looks a bit odd as I think someone has used a rust removing agent, and scratches from sand paper. Military acceptance marks and inspection marks, with sawback intact. By 1917 an order was issued to remove the saw edge, so this bayonet may have been a captured weapon from before that date.

    S98/05nAS corectly named, made with cooperation of firm Schulte&Co from Gevelsberg and Ferd.Schleutermann from Remscheid, here accepted in 1916.
