The maker could be W.R.Kirschbaum before joining with Weyersberg, also pre 1883. The blade could be from different piece, the handle was done by cast from 2 parts so not extra well made, could be historismus.

It's a theatrical sword. I have a 1892 WK & C catalogue and there is an illustration of a very similar theatrical sword they made. I would think made about 1900, pre-WW1 based on the design of the Knight logo.
