    I thought I would add pictures of my 1945 marked Indian infantry clasp knife. I like the differences between this and a standard British pattern including a blunted can opener and a smaller slightly curved marlin spike. Also they used copper throughout the entire war.

    Interesting that the cross hatching on the grip plates seem to have been cut after assembly of the knife.

    Both of the Indian made ones I have are the same, put the scales on, clean them up and put some grips on them after. I have noticed this with a few other Indian ones.
