M3 mk 1 with M6 scabbard

Hi guys hanging my nose over this any thoughts, scabbard clearly had plates removed or lost and the blade has heavy wear

Personally I would wait, and if needed pay more, for a specimen that is complete and in better condition.

It's nice to see a salty M6 relic scabbard, but the price seems high to me.

Yeah i know, but try fi d another, i too love the patina looks like its been there and done it.

Well, the M3 knife with M6 scabbard is not extremely rare to find, but it may take some time, effort and money to find a nice one. The plate at the bottom of the scabbard came off much later, as there’s less patina/dirt where it once was.

I would wait for a better example if it was my money. I have one of of each of the types, not by maker.
