I bought this from the veteran (A SBD Dauntless Pilot during the war) and he had recieved it from his brother before he shipped out. The knife is in absolutely great condition and I will keep this one for awhile.

Ok--now I'm jealous. WW2 Randalls are some of the most desireable
blades on the market. I have a short list of about 6 blades I need to find
and a ww2 Randall is on that list.
Hi Gary, Great knife. Named ones are the holy grail I live 30 miles from the Randall shop in Orlando, and have been over to the museum a couple times, quite a while ago. Nice folks over there. I just sold my Randall last year. It was a No.1 but it was not WW2 era. Don't blame you for wanting to keep a while.
Regards, Steve
That is sweet. I wouldnt just keep it for a while.....I would keep it full stop! Lovely blade there.
