This is the Polish People's Army postwar medic bag (probably made in 50's). The metal clip with visible markings is of prewar origin, as considerable stock of those clips were preserved through the war. Some dishonest sellers offer those bags as prewar Polish Army ones, but original medic bags used until 1939 were quite different.

I saw this jacket already - i have no idea what origin is this (it does not remind Soviet or Polish uniform). Generally, the Polish Army in Russia (1943) used Soviet uniforms initially, but it was discontinued very quickly, and Polish style uniform were introduced.
The bag is a Polish made one and sometimes referred to as wz.46 (model 1946).
It is a version of the soviet one. The only pre-war part are the old stock BTK (maker mark for company in Cracow) fittings.
Hello Meyle77
