Well I believe the holster belongs to a tokarev 30 or 33 model. Makarov's didn't enter service until 1949. Why it looks like it has a waffenampt is anyone's guess. I don't believe I've ever heard of a captured Russian pistol being pressed into service as there were many pistols available from not only Germany but also its allies.

No, it is Makarov holster (guess -> Bulgarian), from the mid-1970s 1980a. They can still had cheep and in superior condition. (even available on amazon )
