Need another translation from a Soviet WWII Cigarette Case

Could use some help translating this cigarette case.

Looks like whatever this was made from had an OTK stamp. Anyone know this one? looks like there is a N95 and N11 in the circle.

The translation;

In the days of the patriotic war

of red army soldier Khmelyov

Koltushi 5-4-43

Under the underlined first line is a text which I cannot decipher. It is scratched out.
Koltushi is a village in the Leningrad Oblast.
The stamp OTK seems to me to be a control mark. (Отдел Технического Контроля - Technical Control Section)
I have no idea what the cigarette case could be made of.

You are welcome. Maybe this soldier Khmelyov served in the signal corps.
Perhaps it is possible to find out which Soviet army units (signal corps) were stationed on 05-04-1943 in Koltushi.
