Could use some help translating this cigarette case.
Looks like whatever this was made from had an OTK stamp. Anyone know this one? looks like there is a N95 and N11 in the circle.

anyone?
The text is something like;
В дни отечественной войны
?????????????
от красноармейца хмелёва
колтуши 5-4-43
The translation;
In the days of the patriotic war
?????????????
of red army soldier Khmelyov
Koltushi 5-4-43
Under the underlined first line is a text which I cannot decipher. It is scratched out.
Koltushi is a village in the Leningrad Oblast.
The stamp OTK seems to me to be a control mark. (Отдел Технического Контроля - Technical Control Section)
I have no idea what the cigarette case could be made of.
Thank you for the help.
The front has a engraving of two soldiers with a dog that is being used to run cable.
Thats a really nice cigarette case!
