Red Army Fork/Spoon?

Hey,

I've found this fork/spoon 2 years ago north east of Kraków, Poland on a former battlefield from both WW1 and WW2. Im sure its not German, but what is it?

Is it Soviet? Or maybe Polish? Its not marked.
