Default Russian Model 1891 Mosin-Nagant Socket Bayonet (1st Pattern)

I have come across one of these beauties in a basement of a house I bought. It has some unusual markings on it that I don't see described anywhere. Mainly, the 5 digit serial number 83523 has been struck out and a new one added below it 353370 with a symbol before that one I can't quit make out. It has other markings as well that are a bit confusing. It has definately been used as per the signs of wear. It is a bit rusty here and there, but only surface rust. Any info on this piece would be appreciated.

It is not the rifle. Just the bayonet. Not sure how to post pics. I have some pics ready.
