That is a fair price. If you see some numbers followed by an "r" (actually a letter "G" in Russian) this will be the date. These will be 1950's production.

Actually I saw them on the way out of the store one day, and just happened to have a 5, thought they were different, you don't see things like these very often, as much as they may be common, so I offered him 5 bucks and he took it, I was going in blind though, not knowing what they actually were, taking a chance, so I guess I'll keep them.
