The kanjis on the third picture read "sekkendô" (截拳道) - the first one is badly written and happens besides to be a rare kanji. That's actually Bruce Lee's martial art, known in western world as jeet kune do.
So, yes, I would assume that it has been made post-war Leastways, the japanese/chinese writing on the belt dates back at the earliest from the seventies. Can't tell about the belt itself.
