    This website has tons of information on wrist compasses, yours is on the bottom of this page:

    And on this page there's the Adrianoff which shows the difference between the Russian compass and the Serbian/Bulgarian made ones (almost identical to the Russian ones):

    Does the first one lost its system to be worn as a Watch or was it manufactured like this?

    Good question and the answer can be given when in hands I guess. My guess is that it would be held in the mapcase rather than on the wrist. Can't remember having seen any period pics of that unfortunately. I do have this pic saved on my laptop from a wristcompass in wear:
