WW2 Russian Identification Capsule With Paper

Hello Everyone,

I recently acquired this WW2 Russian ID Capsule which seemed to have its paper. I know it's a bit different as it doesn't have the official issue paper.
Is there anyone who may be able to tell what the paper says? I would love to find out more information about the soldier if possible or if the paper even contains identification details.

I can post better photos of the paper if needed too
