1940 Horse Gas Mask and anti-gas cape

Here is a very interesting set, a 1940 rubber horse gas mask and the matching anti-gas cape.
I can find nothing about this style of mask as it only goes over the muzzle, and I cannot find anything on the horse anti-gas cape.
I have not shown the full size of the cape as it is far to large, but you can see the head bit as will as the markings and the girth belt.

Just another really odd thing I thought I would show before it finds a new home.

You need a horse mannequin to display it properly! (Or maybe just a head)
