British P37 ammunition pack with P08

Hi all

Just wondering and also asking about P37 ammunition pouch were used at P08 webbing. I saw photos ( forget where i put it ) show Indian troops wore P37 pouch with p08 webbing set.

Do you all have the example since the p37 pouch need modified ( larger metal hook ) to strap into larger p08 braces and belt.
