Article about: The handcuffs are marked on the barrel with ‘R.C.S 1941’, indicating they were made by Ruben, Craddock & Sons for wartime use in 1941. They are marked with ‘3’ which I believe in

It’s interesting how long this style of cuffs remained in service. I think they were of a Victorian design
