Alright, so. Here's the story. My grandpa was never in an armed conflict however he did collect militaria, as did my dad and I. (It's a family thing apparently.), This is the only canteen I have so far in my collection, and I am mystified as to what it is. I am not even sure if this is even WWII. By my guess, it's 1970s or 1980s but I can't find any markings or any photos of a similar canteen. I was hoping if anyone here can give me a hand as it'd be gratefully appreciated.
