    Hi guys, wondered if anyone had come across these before.
    very similar to ATS anklets with the lace up design, but in VERY dark brown.

    There seem to be various opinions out there, ranging from ATS to ARP/CD to even home guard.

    Any opinions gratefully received as always.
    they are /l\ marked and dated 1941

    I was always told that these were for Civil Defence use. Not sure which service.

    Certainly not Home Guard.
