    Hello, Well I come across a lot of Canadian Navy bits I can't figure out myself....this maybe part of the fire contol system for the turrets..but I am unsure...all I can tell you is that this dates after 1964..you can tell that by the NATO stock number.

    The Numbers 21 in the series tell you that the Country of origin is Canada......you also find the numbers 00 ( US) and 99 (UK) on Canadian Used Military items as we bought off those Countries
