south wales borderers mess plates

not really sure what category these fit into.

circa great war mess plates for the south wales borderers, post 1901, pre 1953, but the continued use of 24th foot suggest an earlier date to me.

Style and lack of crazing suggests closer to 1953 maybe? Is there a trade mark on the base? China collectors can often date pieces by small changes in the trademark.
