Unknown Binoculars help ID

I wasn’t sure where I should post these Binoculars that I recently picked up. I’m not sure what era, country etc. this may most likely fit.
I can not figure out or find anything about it. I was hoping that you may be able to help me out and identify it, the era, military, what country etc. ?

The binoculars are about 6 1/2" tall. I can not find any markings, dates, numbers..anything. I have not taken it apart to look for numbers, stamps on the inside.

I don't know what power it is but it seems to be all metal.
Any thoughts would be welcome.
