What are these goggles / eye shields?

I’m struggling to identify these eye shields. They are similar to the WW2 anti-gas eye shields and I have seen a similar pair on the internet described as “civilian anti-gas eye shields”, however, the construction of these looks quite modern and there condition suggests that they are of recent manufacture. The strap is elastic and attached by poppers. The only identity if marks are the poppers which say Newey England.
Any ideas?

Postwar anti gas googles, they where packed into the gas mask bags, I believe the dark tinted ones are postwar. The clear where the WWll type.
