WW2 British Dog harness

Hello all, I thought I'd post a picture of Montgomery in his repro ww2 British Dog harness now that he's finally 'grown' into it! Unfotunately he's not quite the right shape (I guess the British army didn't use Basset Hounds)
There doesn't appear to be much in the way of reference material in relation to the equipment used by dogs in WW2 - Has anybody out there got any original dog related kit they want to show (collars, harnesses, parachutes, etc)?

That has to be a fairly rare bit of kit: I cannot recall seeing one before? Great item.

Montgomery has grown since the last pictures were taken and the harness fits him a lot better, however, he's still not impressed!

Nice kit, i have never seen one before.
The dog has a very sad look in is eyes.
