Both look good to me. Stamm kompanie is the base unit from which recruits are trained. Infanterie-Ersatz-Bataillon 133 was set up during the mobilization on August 26, 1939 in Linz, in military district XVII. The battalion was subordinate to 187th Division and provided replacements for the 45th Infantry Division. At the beginning of December 1939, the battalion made levies for the formation of the III. Battalion from Infantry Regiment 248. On February 1, 1940, the battalion was renamed to Infantry Replacement Battalion I./133. So this one dates to February 1940 and onwards.
