Worst part is that I expect these have all been bought and entered the collecting community and alot of money has been wasted. As long as there are lots of original blank ekm about then its possible to fabricate a passable original, some are difficult to spot unless seen alongside a known good original.
I fully agree with your opinion. But at least it is necessary to distinguish fakes produced in the past.
Unfortunately, units that can already make money have been elaborately produced.
Especially in the case of Spanish troops and stainless steel dog tags, fake stamps are stamped on the blank original tag.

Thought shall be the harder , heart the keener,
Courage the greater as our strength faileth.
Here lies our leader ,in the dust of his greatness.
Who leaves him now , be damned forever.
We who are old now shall not leave this Battle,
But lie at his feet , in the dust with our leader

Thanks a lot for this thread, I think I will stay clear of EKM:s for a while.
Best, Jan
