Not seen this on a EKM before but I'm guessing that Sammel Battr of Flak-Ersatz-Abteilung 24 is a collection point for replacements into the unit to be placed before going into one of the 5 batteries. Needs more research.

An interesting Flak EKM which I have not seen before. Thank you for sharing.
And you have a nice little family of Flak emarken, it's great to see all these different type of tags, units and fonts.
