Nice find Fritz with the cord as well, although I think it is for Gebirgsjäger Nachrichten Ersatz Kompanie 139.
That seems to be correct, this was my first thought as the L is actually an E.
If I am correct this would be part of Gebirgsjäger Regiment 139.

It is interesting because near emarke I found a Norwegian
toothpaste tube and a Wound Badge..., so could be possible he retired from Norway and went through Romania ???
Not sure about the Romanian route, but certainly possible the owner was in Norway towards the wars end. Maybe the other half is still to be found nearby?
