when was it created? 1939? 1940?

On the Lexikon there is a lot to find about this Regiment, I found this piece of info in the text:

Im Januar 1941 kamen dann mit dem Aufbau des XI. Fliegerkorps ein III. Bataillon hinzu, ebenso eine 13. und 14. Kompanie, sowie noch eine 13. Kompanie für das II. Bataillon.

So January 1941 the III Bataillon was raised.
