What do you think about the Gebirgsjager dogtags?
The second emarke is a one looker fake, a so called Rokas fake. I also have my doubts about two of three Gebirgs Jäger Regiment 100 emarken.
The one that looks most promising to me is the third one (8. Kompanie with rollnumber 13) and in my opinion the last one (8. Kompanie with rollnumber 90) is trying to replicate this one.
On the first emarke the thing that catches my eyes are the holes and slits, there is just no signs of wear at all.
Just my observations so lets wait what others have to say about the emarken. I am interested too.

I have seen the first item on eBay before.
It was sold at a high price....

I think the fonts of the 100th regiment should be small But there is a variety of font, so wait for other opinions.
The 91st Regiment was originally changed from an infantry unit to a mountain unit and the same goes for the 13th Regiment.
The 13th and 91st original members(not ersatz soldiers) have their identification tag stamped with infantry, not mountain units...!! Sometimes only when 'reissued-tag' is the mountain unit imprinted.

This is the only GJ 100 btl. I own all the rest are different units.
