Thanks for posting, the picture isn't great but it appears to be marked for the 1st Kompanie of Bau Btl 321. Bau units are those used to build, roads etc for the German armed forces, this is not a combat unit. I don't have an example of this unit to show maybe someone else has.

Bau-Bataillon 321 was formed in September 1943 and later renamed as Bau-Bataillon (K) 321, when it used POW labour to augment its manpower.
