Hello everyone. does anyone know anything about this unit? it was dug up in moldavia. but can't find anything about the unit/division.

112th Grenadier Regiment

It is to the 8th Kompanie of Grenadier Regiment 112:

Formed on October 15th, 1942 from the 112th Infantry Regiment and the 38th Infantry Division . Disbanded at Krivoy-Rog on October 23, 1943. The staff formed the staff of Division Group 38, all the rest of Regimental Group 112.

Was raised again on 14th August 1944 from Regimental Groups 108 and 112. The regiment was destroyed in August 1944 with the 62nd Infantry Division in southern Ukraine.
