I would like to know please if this dog tag is genuine ww2 or fake.
And if it is good, could you say me please why there is no identification number and what is the meaning of the inscription ?

I can’t comment on originality but this is how I would read the abbreviations -

Schule./Flieger-Ausbildungs-Regiment 32 (F.A.R. 32)

I’m sure T. Komp 3 would be Technisches Kompanie 3

I have no problem with this erkennungsmarke, looks like a nice original aluminum tag to me. And Willmore is correct regarding the unit.

It's possible there is no roll nummer because it was not issued, it was forgotten or the unit were processing so many through to other units that a rollnummer wasn't thought about. We will never know.
