My first POW ID-Tag with detected ID-Card

Article about: Hi! It's a long time ago that I found this ID-Tag. Now after some month of enquiries I found the appendant ID-Card in a russian archiev and got a copy from their online database. See line nu

    Hi!

    It's a long time ago that I found this ID-Tag. Now after some month of enquiries I found the appendant ID-Card in a russian archiev and got a copy from their online database. See line number 8 (Camp and Tag-Number).

    The former holder was a russian Lt. born in 1915 and captured in 1941 in the beginning of the german attack against russia.

    I'm very happy with this result. It's my first identified ID-Tag.

    Intresting, he got imprisoned at 16th August, 1941 year by Nalivaika, Golovanevsky raion, Kirovogradskaya oblast, Ukraine.
