It’s a representation of a Der Führer ekm, but not original I’m afraid.

The fake above was clearly inspirated by one of these.
The ekm posted by the OP is a 'posterboy' for fake emarken. Racetrack O and bad font throughout.
Austrian provided us with a nice original. Thanks for sharing!
