I do not think that both are fake. I do not see ever this kind of TK erkennungsmarke but the font are interesting. For sure the lettische half tag have a really good chance...or better, in my opinion, it's a good one.

Z (in my experience I saw also A, E, G, M, X, V and probably others letters exist) it's only a part of the rollnummer of A u E Btl.1 tags.

The training battalion disk looks good, the LETT disk is debatable (some people think that font is not good). The TK disk is not in a format I have ever seen I don't like it.

I have never heard of the letter theory outside of blood type.
