is it a good option to buy ?

Please have a look in the following thread: Show your SS Erkennungsmarken and look at post #66. There your will see an original example to compare with the one you posted.
I can't give you a definitive answer. The EKM you posted looks like the original one, but I also see some slight differences in the font.
Let's wait for other members to have a look.
