hello,what do you think about this piece?can it be original or rather blank dig up with recently added inscrpition?

The condition would seem to preclude the inscription being added to a blank. Other SS ekm collectors will opine, but it looks original to me.

Original tag. From the Nordland regiment, when it was part of Wiking division. In 1943 Nordland regiment was taken from Wiking and used to form 11th SS Panzergrenadier Division Nordland.

Because it was used by the Danish short lived ersatz company = German language Danmark spelling with the dots above the a - unlike the standard Freikorps Danmark.
