StabskomP der waffen SS erkennungsmarke

Hello!

I received this erkennungsmarke from my grandfather, who in 1944 when he was 18 years old worked as a translator in a Russian POW camp in Bodø, Norway.
He was told to use it to access the camp where he worked, but he always assumed it originally came from someone else. He worked here for about a year, and in mid. 1945 he volunteered for the front, and was to be sent to Northern Norway to fight the Soviets there, but when he got to Oslo, the capital, the war ended!
Can someone here help me identify it, and where it came from? I also have some other nice stuff from him, some pins and badges, a helmet and other stuff that I will post

It will be from Norway as it refers to the Staff Kompanie of the Höhere SS und Polizeiführer Nord (based in Norway). 197 being the mans roster number and B being his bloodgroup. Nice item, please post your other finds.
