Im after a couple of discs that have definatly come from the battle of stalingrad. Could anyone tell me if these 2 discs fit the bill?

Well if they were recovered in Volgograd, that's pretty good evidence right there- there are a number of sellers from that city, so such discs aren't difficult to obtain. Otherwise one has to look on the Lexikon der Wehrmacht site, check the units and see if there's a link- look at the possible field units a given replacement unit supplied, and see if any of them were at Stalingrad; sometimes you can get lucky and it's quite simple In the case of the first disc, you have to look at Infanterie-Ersatz-Regiment 9.
