    I cannot seem to identify the unit associated with these disks. Any help or insight would be appreciated!

    The top one reads "H.L. 4129" over "5070" The lower one reads "H.L. 4128" over "655".

    A post on the wehrmacht awards forum, De-coding dog tag - Page 2 - Wehrmacht-Awards.com Militaria Forums, says H.L. 4126-4129 are Hauptliste coded tags for Artillerie-Ersatz-Abteilung 37.
