What do you think of this? It seems to be some sort of a plaster wall plaque bearing the profie of Joseph Stalin. The seller claims it's from the 50's and it's 19 cm in diameter. It has no production stamps nor hallmarks. Does it look legit?

Looks legit to me. No big dollars in creating a fake. Might of hung in an office, home or small party office. But remember this is pure speculation on my behalf. See what others have to say.
