Maker and size stamps. Why not show the full coat?

Impossible to see on the stamp. That is why more pics are needed. With this one pic you won't get reliable answers. If not yours ask more pics from the seller.

    Hello,

In my opinion this is postwar. The type of fabric, color, font and style of the markings (which are faded exactly in the spots where the dates should be, what a strange coincidence...) are the main indicators for me.

Also, the smaller rectangular shaped marking is a "GOST code", it refers to a standard of manufacturing. I don't have a complete list, but I made a fast check and it MAY be "9208-85 - uniforms, single-breasted overcoat for military personnel. Specification". 85 is the year.

Anyway, if you have full pictures of it we can avoid any doubts. Check also the back of the buttons.

    Best regards
    Gabriele

The stamp being white is most of the times already a sign of being postwar. I just dislike it when opinions are asked when only a small close-up is shown. My opinion is that if you want opinions, show the full item so a good, well based opinion can be made.

Photos of the greatcoat are not really necessary. The stamp also seems post-war to me. If I am correct, the technical standard GOST (ГОСТ - ГОсударственный СТандарт) is post-war.
As Gabriele mentioned, check the back of the buttons.
