It's impossible to say something certain about the cloth with these pictures. Usually the real problem is the construction of the tunic, not the fabric.
That said, in my opinion the price (600 dollars) says all about such item ;D
To add to the discussion, here's a a stamp from the same maker inside a cap I have that I personally believe to be "right", although I've believed things to be right in the past in this hobby and been proved wrong.
This also the large number in the date, this time a 2.
