Nice examples!
Dou you know why the all marshals and generals tunics is in small sizes. All seen by me was in a very small size. But someone told me that the only today the marshals is owfully fat, pre war marschals and war time marshals can ride the horse and be ready for marsh in the parade with soldiers... Is it?

Hello there Dimas,
I think before the 1950’s life was harder for everyone. Later on, Marshals had much softer life, lots of social parties, plenty of food, and of course television exposure (which as you may know, old-time telivision made people look "bigger" than they actually were.). So clothing was smaller of course.
I believe the only wartime Marshal to really get fat and "porked out" was Vasilevsky.
